Return Policy

30-day return policy on most items with some exceptions

30 Days Standard Returns

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  • • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • • Original packaging and tags must be included
  • • Proof of purchase required

Refund Processing

  • • Refunds processed within 3-5 business days
  • • Original payment method will be credited
  • • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

Hygiene & Safety Items

Items that come into direct contact with the body for health and safety reasons.

Custom & Personalized Items

Custom patches, embroidered items, and personalized equipment cannot be returned unless defective.

Used/Worn Items

Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage cannot be returned for safety reasons.

Clearance Items

Final sale items marked as clearance are not eligible for returns (exchanges may be available).

We'll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Package Items

Pack items securely in original packaging with all tags and accessories. Include RMA number.

Ship Back

Send package to the return address provided. We recommend using tracked shipping.

Warranty & Defective Items

Manufacturer Warranty

Most items come with manufacturer warranties ranging from 90 days to lifetime coverage.
