Measure: Around the largest part of your head, just above eyebrows
- • Small: 20.5" - 21.25" (52-54cm)
- • Medium: 21.25" - 22" (54-56cm)
- • Large: 22" - 22.75" (56-58cm)
- • X-Large: 22.75" - 23.5" (58-60cm)

- • Use a cloth measuring tape for best results
- • Measure over undergarments you'll typically wear
- • Stand straight and breathe normally
- • Have someone help you measure for accuracy
- • Measure at the end of the day when you may be slightly larger

Chest/Bust: Around the fullest part of your chest
Waist: Around your natural waistline
Shoulders: From shoulder point to shoulder point across the back
Sleeve: From shoulder to wrist with arm slightly bent

Measure: Around your waist where the belt will sit
